She's just SO DOGGONE HAPPY!

Was it the new hat? Was it the surprise of the flash? Was there someone outside the booth telling jokes? Or did she just want a really nice picture to send her sweetheart?

Whatever was going on THIS WOMAN WAS REALLY HAPPYI! Sadly her happiness was sold for 25 cents. I couldn't resist her when I found her smiling up at me in the bin of useless pose for grandma shots.

I hope she brings a smile to you on this Monday morning.

  1. 25 cent photos are my weakness. Good thing there are none in my area.

    1. There is one place where the sellers have boxes with prices all mixed together. You have to look, turn it over, decide which pile you'll put it in. Sometimes they forget to mark some of them. That leaves me in a quandary.

    1. Unless it was, "HEY GRANDMA! I didn't listen to anything you told me and look at me now!"

  3. I think she was just incredibly happy... and you might be right about the sweetheart angle. Katherine would love this one... it makes me think of her.

  4. Definitely a Be Happy photo! Smiling for a camera with a photographer behind it is one thing. Smiling at a mirrored lens in a closet is way way harder. She had a natural talent.

    1. Indeed. All I've ever done in those booths is make faces, the sort your mom would tell you would stick if you didn't stop doing them.
