This is the highest point in Bahrain, not including the high-rises. It's 440 ft./134 m above sea level.

I suppose for people of the desert, this would seem an impressive mountain range, but without Matthew standing in the road we can't really judge its height. I wonder if the ski resort is busy in the winter.
ReplyDeleteIt is all perspective, isn't it? I always laugh when I'm on the east coast and people refer to mountains and I think, "Whoa, that's not a mountain. That's a big hill. Now Mt. Whitney...that's a mountain!"
