ONE MAN'S CHRISTMAS: Part 4

And on the last day Ernie rested, unsure if anyone appreciated anything he'd done. With all the toys he bought his son it ends up the kid prefers the hassock. Oh well, tomorrow he goes back to work where he knows he's not appreciated.

And so we come to the conclusion of One Man's Christmas here at Sepia Saturday.

  1. Wonderful story!!! You have a storyteller inside you, but of course you knew that...

  2. I find this series of photographs so interesting - that someone would choose these particular scenes to photograph. And then, of course, you have the wonderful gift of embellishing the photos with words!

  3. I actually bought these four shots Christmas Eve at my favorite antique store. A close friend came for Christmas and so I naturally took her to one of my fave haunts. She was the one that found the one of the fella with the Polaroid in his lap. Then I began to find others. I need to go back and spend more time sorting through the box to see if there are more.

  6. I've been following the story and his Christmas seemed to last several days through several changes of clothes. It was fun watching the story evolve.

  7. So glad you enjoyed him. I hope I eventually find more photos of him at the store. Perhaps this week I'll get the opportunity to sort through the box.
