BOASTFUL


This is my contribution to this weeks Sepia Saturday.

I have no information about either of the subjects of this photo other than what can be gleaned from their poses. I'm guessing they both thought of themselves as pretty tough he-men.

      My female cat kept taking this pose at the adoption center when two other cats were trying to pick fights with her. The pose might have worked if she didn't keep batting her toy mousie around while trying to look tough. I'll admit that was the moment I knew I was going to adopt her.

    Hilarious was my first thought too! That cat arching its back in affection is a pretty funny commentary on the he-man pose!

    That is great! Love this photo, and it would have been interesting to see if the guy was as puffed up in real life as he was in the pose.
