Tattered and Lost volumes 1 to 8 available at Amazon.
An American Dream is the latest book in my series of vernacular photography books. The American dream of owning a home through vintage vernacular photographs. The focus is on the people who lived within the homes as well as the varied architecture from the late 1800s to the 1960s.

Turkeys?
ReplyDeleteHope yours is a good one. Have a peaceful Thanksgiving.
I just had 28 in the frontyard today. You have a good Thanksgiving too!
DeleteThe book I ordered arrived. :) I just need to wrap it for mom now.
ReplyDeleteI hope she enjoys it!
DeleteI hate to say it, but I found a typo and have now resubmitted it. I hate typos and I can't believe I didn't see it. I'll hope your mom doesn't see it and instead focuses on the fun architecture.
The shingle "art" and gingerbread is nice! I'm wouldn't want to take care of (i.e., paint) it though!
ReplyDeleteIt is daunting to think of painting all of that. Heck, it's daunting to think someone came up with all of it. Maybe those people in the one room plain houses were on to something.
