My guess for the first puzzle piece was that it was a watercolor of my great aunt. Now I see it is my grandmother and her two younger sisters. But that's probably not the whole picture. Are they standing in snow? And is that the shadow of the photographer?

DeleteOh my gosh, this is so delightful. I wonder what the story of these three was. However did you get the extra piece! They all seem to have about the same hair cut too. They must surely be siblings???
