JOINED at the hip

Why do I imagine these four ladies moving in unison, joined at the hip, baby steps? No matter where they went it was step, step, step. Over to the edge to look over the cliff? Step, step, step. Perhaps they took their act on the road. Let's call them the Hip-sisters. Then again...have there ever been siamese quads?

If none of the above is true it just means there were four close friends with really bad taste in clothes.

  1. Actually, I think the one on the far right is "joined at the butt". :)

  2. Looks like these ladies are wearing circa 1920 dresses, generously cut, which makes the women appear joined at the hip :)

    1. A somewhat similar dress came back in the '50s and was called a sack dress. Hideous.

  3. The sailor-taylored blouse or dress was big fashion at one time. It's a category!

Siamese Quads? I don't want to think about that any more.
