ReplyDeleteI don't know what the PC means, but I'm sure it's not personal computer or politically correct. Perhaps it's Pacific Coast though even that seems a bit odd. There's nothing written on the back and really nothing to identify it being taken on the West coast. So I'd say we can makeup whatever we want!

ReplyDeleteThe fabric doesn't look as heavy, does it? The women's looked like wool, this looks a bit more like cotton.
ReplyDeleteThe "C" probably stands for college. If the picture was shot in southern California it could be Pomona College.
